Oregon Business Plan Leadership Summit 2026

The Oregon Business Plan Leadership Summit is the state's annual convening of business, civic, and community leaders, now in its 24th year. The 2026 theme is Reckoning and Renewal, framed around the view that the era of automatic growth is over and that many of Oregon's systems, built for yesterday's problems, no longer match today's realities. The day runs from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Portland Ballroom in the Oregon Convention Center, followed by a reception, and features keynote programming plus two rounds of breakout sessions where participants collaborate on solutions to critical issues facing the state. Topics span the economy, workforce, innovation, and the role of Oregon's natural resources and human ingenuity in building a more resilient economy.
