 est Speaker:\nKris Engskov is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Rippl\, a v

 cess to high quality dementia care for seniors\, families\, and caregivers
 . Founded in 2021\, Rippl combined a virtual\, AI-driven platform\, value-

 round dementia care at scale. Kris raised more than $52 million from leadi
 ng investors\, including General Catalyst\, ARCH Venture Partners\, GV (Go
 ogle Ventures)\, and Mass General Brigham Ventures. In February 2025\, Rip
 pl was acquired by Harbor Health\, a health insurer and primary and specia
 lty care provider. Before founding Rippl\, Kris was President of Aegis Liv

 re than 16 years at Starbucks\, ultimately serving as President of its fla
