About
A half-day project management fundamentals course from Oregon Life Sciences, built for technical leads working in the Oregon device, diagnostics and manufacturing sector. The session covers scoping and requirements, building a realistic schedule, identifying and tracking risk, and managing stakeholders through a regulated product development cycle where documentation and design controls add constraints a generic project plan will not anticipate. The emphasis is practical rather than certification-oriented: attendees leave with usable structure rather than exam preparation. Suitable for engineers and scientists stepping into project leadership for the first time as well as experienced leads who want a common vocabulary with their quality and regulatory counterparts. Held at 2130 SW 5th Ave,
