DESCRIPTION:ADX\, the member-based maker and fabrication studio in Portlan
d's Central Eastside\, closes out the year with its monthly Community Nigh
 t. These evenings are the low-commitment way into the space: a couple of o
pen\, social hours where current members\, prospective members\, and curio
us neighbors can walk through the woodshop\, metal shop\, and digital fabr
ication areas\, meet the people who work there\, and ask what it actually
takes to build something. ADX has spent fifteen years as a shared workshop
and teaching space for Portland makers\, and Community Night is where tha
t community is most visible from the outside. The ADX calendar listing giv
es the time and location only\, so check the ADX site closer to the date f
or any demos\, guests\, or programming that get added.\nhttps://artdesignx
