FRACTURE! Matheatre Haunted House

Matheatre brings an interactive “math horror” experience to Pacific Science Center: part haunted house, part escape room, part live theater. Someone is erasing numbers and opening an “ArithmeRift” inside PacSci, and agents of the SUMM Division recruit visitors to save math. A third-grade grasp of math is all you need. Groups of 15 enter every 15 minutes. There are two kinds of sessions: Family Friendly, 1–4 p.m.: Oct. 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24 After Dark, 7–10 p.m.: Oct. 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24 and 25. Expect extreme darkness, flashing lights, loud noises and sudden frights. Tickets are on a sliding scale from $10 to $40, and walk-ups are welcome. Tickets and details
